RitmoTime Stroke Monitor is an advanced on-water training tool that any rower or paddler can utilize to receive real-time feedback on stroke rate, speed, and distance during water workouts. Every stroke is recorded and saved for later review. Leveraging the remarkable computing power and portability of the iPhone, RitmoTime emerges as a pinnacle in water sport training devices.

RitmoTime Stroke Monitor Free offers similar functionality to the paid version, but the app requires a restart after every 50 strokes.

With RitmoTime, each stroke will display and record:

<li>Heart Rate*</li>
<li>Speed*</li>
<li>Time (Total & Pieces)</li>
<li>Distance (Total & Pieces)*</li>
<li>Stroke Count (Total and Pieces)</li>
<li>Average Speed*</li>
<li>GPS Location (recorded only)*</li>
</ul>

RitmoTime also maps your entire workout, providing data for every stroke over a lifetime of workouts!

* Speed, distance, and mapping are only available on GPS-enabled devices (iPhone or iPad/iPod touch with a separate GPS receiver attachment purchased). Heart rate feedback requires the ANT+ Fisica Sensor Key by Wahoo Fitness or compatible Bluetooth (BTLE) heart rate monitors.

Choose from three main display types: two simplified Classic displays or the customizable Espresso view. The Espresso view includes touch-select readouts, offering a range of quantities to display.

RitmoTime employs all three accelerometers to measure stroke rate in any orientation relative to the boat for maximum mounting flexibility.

The Auto Piece Timer feature simplifies timing pieces by automatically starting and stopping separate piece and rest timers based on user-set stroke rates.

All workout data is saved, subdivided into pieces for easy viewing on your iPhone in table or map format, and can be shared via email. The device does not need constant interaction during workouts or races, as the Auto Piece Timer organizes data systematically.

If you have an iPod touch or iPad without GPS capability, you can add GPS functionality with a separate hardware attachment. This cost-effective solution ensures that the total expense remains lower than many traditional dedicated stroke monitors with speed and distance capabilities.
